How to edit harvested quantity before warehouse receipt

You can adjust the harvested quantity before final receipt in the warehouse. 

This short video shows how and when it is possible to make changes, whether you are 

• updating field estimates or 
• confirming the final amount at intake.

When you can edit the quantity?

LoginEKO lets you update the harvested amount at two points in the workflow:

• In the Control Point module – Dispatch phase
  After harvesting, tasks appear under Control Point. 

  • While in the Dispatch stage, the harvested quantity can be entered or updated based on field conditions, notes, or load estimates.

• In the Warehouse module – Receive Order (before confirmation)
  When goods arrive at the warehouse, the Receive Order allows one final check.

  • This is typically used to adjust quantities based on weighing or re-evaluation before confirming receipt.

✅ Good to know: Both adjustments are possible before the receive order is confirmed.

What happens after confirmation?

Once the receive order is completed, the quantity becomes locked. 

This ensures consistency in warehouse records and prevents further changes to received amounts.
