Purpose

Mobile Application
1. Field operator performs Unload from Work Orders and new Receive from Harvest is automatically being created
2. Warehouse operator finds newly created Receive from Harvest order under Receives or Work Orders
3. A blank Receive from Harvest order can be also created from the Web or the Mobile application
1. Select Receive or Work Orders for Receive from Harvest Order in the mobile application.
2. If the order is not there it can be also created manually.
3. Enter the material.
4. Input the Quantity unloaded.
5. Select the Storage location.
6. Confirm the entry.
Web Application
1. The web application is mostly used for corrections, reviewing harvest entries, or when mobile confirmation was not completed.
2. It allows splitting of lots or reassigning crops to different storages if necessary.
Notes
- Multiple storages: If one harvest load is split into different storages, each storage must be entered as a separate line.
- Partial harvests: Quantities can be entered in parts if unloading occurs in multiple steps.
- Accuracy: Linking the harvest to the correct field is mandatory for yield traceability.
